Girth Readings (Weight Loss)




I’ve tried this before…..a number of times.  Even embarrassed myself early on, on my blog here.  So, I’ll start again.  This will show in descending order as I will update it with the newest Girth Reading on top.  Here we go!  Here’s the legend: Date, Weight (Wt), Body Fat (BF), Muscle Mass (MM), Water (Wr) and a brief activity description.

While I have been weighing in daily, I’ve not been posting.  Not because of any certain reason.  I just was getting sidetracked. Getting sidetracked is something I do easily, you see have a really poor attention span, and I seem to feed that. Hehehehe.  As you’ll see with the most recent reading, you haven’t missed much. I’m gonna accept the challenge though.  Costa Rica is hiking and high altitude, and this body is not built for that so I must undertake a serious remodeling program.



I’m out traveling so I don’t have my scale with me……What I’m doing is enjoying the cuisine and local beer.  I’ll update when I get back next week.

I’ve been weighing in everyday that I’m in town except for the 2 weeks I was sick….well, the first week because basically I didn’t get out of bed.  I went from a low of 204.4 on February 22nd to:
